Grabbed a package of Wiley Wallaby, with a price of $3.49 listed above. To the right was same package, with same description for $4.09. Clerk rings product up for $4.09. I show him photo of the display. He replies, he doesn’t care, the price that is on the register shows $4.09. Tried to explain to him several times he has to charge displayed pricing, but he didn’t care. Corporate has been noticed and Department and Agriculture who enforced laws related to this, is being notified. Use caution when purchasing anything from this location. Advertised isn’t what you will pay.
Avoid this establishment at all costs....... Very unscrupulous pricing practices . Items are priced one way and overcharged at checkout.....these franchises take advantage of the fact that they are CONVENIENCE store, thus ensuring that the customer is strong armed into paying the inflated dollar amount at the point of check out ..... Please check your receipts at all times because when it is brought to their attention - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY‼.......
Awful staff. I called and an Indian man who couldn’t understand English answered the phone. I asked him if he had a certain product in the store a number of times, and he told me he didn’t understand what I was talking about, and that he didn’t want to go and check because he was busy. Then hung up on me. I went into the store and asked later that day. There is one guy named Jorge, who is great, and is always helpful. He informed me that the product I needed would maybe come later that night around 11pm. I called FIVE times with no answer. I walked into the store because it’s very close to where I live, and it was not busy. My husband and I asked if the product I was looking for arrived in the store because we saw a big shipment came in. And the man looked at us in a very angry, dismissive, and incredibly rude manner. He didn’t even try to help, and he didn’t speak to us besides saying “NO” in a very aggressive way, and then walked away from us dismissively. This 7/11 needs a staff change, besides Jorge. He’s cool.
I walked into the store at night time and I had questions about some of there donut products and when they usually get them. As soon as I asked the question, this one hispanic guy slapped the front counter and said "oh my god oh my god, I don't know". I immediately left the store. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a person. You guys just lost a long time customer because of that one hispanic guy who works the night shift. He doesn't even speak English and proceeds to curse you out in Spanish.
customer service is very bad I hope the management see all the bad reviews I think this store should not be in Glendale i have never experienced bad customer service like this location
The midnight Employee Now, has failed to have cooked food ready for customers . I've been coming to this 711 for the past 2 months and never had this problem with the other Hispanic employee,this Guy they have now at midnight's. Is horrible no coffee, no meals.All bad for my lunch break I'm done with this 711.
Gay Indian kid likes to talk while dealing with customers messing up any orders requested. But if two customers try and talk to him, he crys and whines one customer like he doesn't talk to coworkers while screwing up the easiest job of standing there
i was at your store on 500 colorado in glendale at about 2:00 am 6/7 and got a 1.99 hotdog. i gave the guy 5.00 and handed me .83 cents. i asked him how much the hot dog was and he said 2.17. i looked at my change of .83 but instead of confronting him i just assumed that the guy needs the money so i didnt say anything. i left. if there was a camera you can play it and see what happened. i was wearing a leather hat.
Free slurpies on 7/11. I bought the Xtra large slurpie for 2 dollars and the staff is great the cookies are awesome as well. They have great deals on the app. Open late. The big gulp horchata is also a great flavor. Recommend cherry slurpie yum
Why is it every 7 11 store that is own or franchise by people from India or Arabs. They hide the big gulp cups when their on sale for .49 cents. Why is it.
