Ordered a vanilla iced coffee with light ice. My standard order at every starbucks I go to. This starbucks barista added way too much milk and vanilla as well. Didn't taste like coffee at all. When I asked she said if we go light on the ice we add more milk. Which is the stupidest thing I've heard. Also 4.05 for a tall vanilla iced coffee?! I usually buy a grande and it costs that much or sometimes even less.
Tried to buy coffee tonight at 6:43. Workers there closed the line early should be open until 7:00 according to their own store hours listed because they wanted to go home. Happens often here. People should take their money to Pete’s or Coffee Bean!!!!
The cashier was nice. But the barista that made my drink was just terrible. I think he may have been a manager too. He was wearing a black apron and the name tag was red. I had ordered a decaf coffee and when I asked him if my drink was decaf he gave me the biggest attitude I’ve ever experienced. He got really annoyed by his own mistake and was whispering stuff that I couldn’t hear. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Not okay dude!
RUINED MY SPECIAL DAY!!! I came here to get the birthday treat. I showed the cashier my phone and said that I want to redeem the birthday reward. She took my phone, and she scanned it. Instead of redeeming it, she scanned my starbucks reward card and took the money off of it. When I asked, she said the birthday treat is not available at this location. I’m so sad now T^T Shouldve ordered online.

This is a joke of a Starbucks solely based on the “Manager”. After making the drink incorrectly, they had the nerve to categorically refuse to make it right. Corporate should really investigate this location.
Two of the baristas that were making drinks repeatedly touched their hair or face and did not wash hands before making other beverages.
Terrible service, attention takes a long time
