If I have the option I would give this store a 0 star. I usually don't go to this store even though it's near my house but I decided to buy the lottery tickets there on the night of 01/12/16. When we waited in front of the counter there were 2 African-American employees just stood around and talked to each other and didn't seem to be bother with our presence. They clearly saw us came in and walked straight to the cashier counter but they were completely ignoring us. One of those African-American employee (the one that has eye problem) finally came to check us out. Well, first we gave him a ticket with 2 powerball winning numbers and he said we won $4 for 2 powerballs. We're ok with it at first because we thought that each powerball is only worth $2/each until we found out the day after that each Powerball is worth $4 for a total of $8 for 2 powerballs. He clearly scanned the ticket then, how come he didn't know that we should get $8 instead of $4?!?! Isn't it supposed to show on his machine? So far he lied to us. What got us more angry is that my friend gave him $100 cash plus $4 that the employee said we won from the previous ticket for a total of $104. We then handed to him a stack of selected numbers for a total of 52 plays that we wanted to buy. He ran those through the machine. One of the paper didn't go through so I had to redo the number. In the mean time he made my friend pay for ones that are already printed. Long story short, after we're all done and were 2 minutes away from the store, I counted all the tickets and there were only 51 plays instead of 52. We drove back to the store and we explained what happened. He then added the money from each ticket one by one but didn't seem to know his addition so we had to help him every time. And he did this for 3 times!!! (I don't know why he didn't bother to use a calculator). At the end of every time he would look at us and said $102 right? Argggg, we then explained to him AGAIN for the 5th time that it's supposed to be $104 and we're missing one play! The bottom line is, when he ran those tickets through the machine doesn't it tell him the total cost of all the tickets?!?! How could he repeatedly made mistakes over and over again?!?! I would say that guy is not a honest employee and is a BIG LIAR!!!!

Employees are great! I have never met a bad one there. Manager, horrible customer service; horrible employee / manager relations; treats everyone (customers) like we're all trying to steal something. I will be emailing / calling 7-11 main headquarters for this area and bombarding them with complaints.
