If you don't be harassed and treated like a criminal because you go into a store late after you get off a double shift then I advise not going here! The closer for the night and her coworker followed my kids through the whole store and literally stood right over them. It was so bad my oldest and youngest had to leave the store because she was harassing them so bad she even followed them out I guess she did not know I was sitting right outside the door in the car. I asked her to stop harassing my kids I had one kid in the store I went in to check on her and the lady followed me all the way to where I was to purchase a Coke I asked her what she was doing and to leave me alone because I was paying for them but still proceeded to follow me all the way to the register. Once I got to the register there were two other customers who she had had harrased and they were upset just horrible!!! Who does the hiring you?????

rudest guy behind the pharmacy, probably a pharm tech. he was smacking his gum and typing away ignoring me and another lady behind me. after explaining to him I needed eye wash he said he had to ask the pharmacist and told me to move to another window. after a few minutes of waiting I left. he never budged from his computer or stopped smacking his gum to even ask the pharmacist. went across the street to CVS and a pharmacist helped me when she was leaving from her shift. got the product and was out of there in 5 minutes.

I had a RX for a brand name and my dr even check the box stating "no substitution" on the RX.  I cannot take the generic brand because I have a very bad reaction to it.  When I got home, they had given my the generic brand without informing me they had switched.  I called to let them know and all I got from the pharmacist was "we did everything right legally".  They refused to correct their error because even though my RX stated no substitution and the box was checked, my doctor didn't write in "medically necessary".  Well I just looked up the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and it  states they must inform me of the change and give me the choice.  They did neither.  The pharmacist was aware because my husband let them know that I cannot take the generic when he dropped it off.  You can bet I will be filing a complaint.  Horrible pharmacist that do not fix THEIR errors!!

I received TERRIBLE customer service from the Shift Leader, Sergio. As I was trying to ask him a question, he told me he, "needed to handle the pricing". I guess handling the pricing is more important than handling the customer. I will never return to this store.

they're always super friendly when i'm there. the guy that works there is always smiling and seems to always keep busy. the lady in the beauty section tries to help in any way she can. and i feel like this walgreens is cleaner compared to the other ones in the area.
