I've visited this several times and never had a good experience. There's only 1 person that works there that is genuinely nice. Everyone else needs training in customer service, and politeness training. I've worked crappy jobs, and still was nice to customers. These people have 0% class, 0% ability to be in customer service. Nothing is ever in stock, plus depending on the customer, the price gets jacked up....they also stand right beside you to make sure you're making coffee.....like you're a child. I've been to 711, and had better customer service, and had actually witnessed cleanliness and etiquette from the employees. I will no longer be giving my business to this particular 711. I would rate this place a -5 star if it was an option

May 3rd 2017 at 10:45am . There is a woman around 40s I watch her scream at a man buying monster drinks because he put them on the counter because it was cold and he didn't give it to her to scan. After that guy a woman ask to change a $20 bill and she kept on being Nasty to people. Then my turn and she started to argue with an older coworker on a different lenguaje. And she didn't speak to me, she just took my stuff to the other cashier. Regional Manager. You better start doing something about it. or you will be looking for a new Job.

It's a my neighborhood 7- Eleven. Does any 7-Eleven really get 5 stars? I stop in to grab beer and Arizona Teas.

Many times I've been here and many times I have been met with rude, ignorant and overly defensive staff. Evidently many of them are bitter about their role here but they don't have a right to vent their frustration to customers. I have had several friends who have suffered from food poisoning from their products. I even had a friend turned away for attempting to use his wife's card even after she came in from her car to attempt to resolve the issue. Truly an appalling establishment. Avoid at all costs.
