This place is great the sandwiches are always amazing and it is so charming. You dont see places like this at all in the area. Everyone is incredibly friendly and its quick and easy to walk over and grab something when you are at the beach.

Went to check this place out looked at the great reviews and wanted to check out what all the excitement was about. Complete disappointment!!! Walked in and asked a question to the guy behind the deli counter he didn't even acknowledge me and responded to my question in rude way facing the wall behind him. Walked out without ordering and purchasing anything. Would never come back and I highly recommend to stay away from this place! They don't deserve a penny from
Me! If Google had an option for negative stars i would give this place a negative 5 star. STAY AWAY!!!

The number 13 sandwich blew my mind. My brothers and I were down for a wedding and stopped in for a sandwich. After getting our food we started to walk back to the clubhouse and opened the boxes to eat. After I took one bite I looked at my brothers that have also started to eat their sandwich and they too had big smiles on their faces. we all agreed that these needed to be ate while seated so you could fully enjoy the experience. Cannot wait to go back.
