Went to exchange an item that someone went in to purchase for me. I was told that they don't do exchanges and that she would do a refund if we had the receipt. I sent someone outside to retrieve the receipt but was told it was never given to them. So I told her we didn't receive a receipt and told her it was probably the same one still sitting at the register. She became irate and disrespectful, then told me that I wasnt even the one she sold it to and to get out of her store. I had everything we purchased refunded, then I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to because I wasnt "an officer". Her name was Alem and she claim to also be the manager.
