I loved there teas. For example, the tai tea, easy sweetened was delicious. It has a good service and doesn't make you wait to long for your drink if you are in a rush. Its a good place to get tea

Friendly environment. lines are a bit long but always taken care of in a speedy manner. Great customer service

Delicious teas. 

This location has ample seating, although it's usually full of people. Come at off-peak hours to get a seat. At peak hours, the line will be out the door, but it moves quickly enough.

This location has a kitchen and will serve popcorn chicken. The others do not.

I come here often because it is on the way to school. I love their House Coffee and their Oolong milk tea. Space is the biggest among all the 7leaves that I’ve been to (which have been limited to Irvine, HB and Tustin). It gets SO crowded and loud so I don’t recommend studying here unless you come at 7 or 8. As far as I know, this is the only location that sells fries and popcorn chicken and the like. I could be wrong though.
