They have a chicken waffle sandwich and it delicious , pandan fruit waffle is a bomb and the place is clean they also have cards to play and other games good place to hang out with friends

Mio Tea House is the Garden Grove areas ONLY modernist coffee shop. And believe me, I've been to a lot of coffee shops.

Sleek white walls, custom cabinetry, an open wood deck, all beautiful. But that's just the looks. Inside you'll find great french press coffee (thus the name) instead of regular drip, espresso made with a custom made (in Seattle even) espresso machine, a selection of interesting magazines (to look at and/or buy), and a evolving case of pastries and sandwiches. (They are still trying to figure out what people want)

Free wifi and ample power outlets complete the picture.

Only thing that would make it perfect is better parking, but there are secret ways around that too, ask the help.

Oh, and if you want a little something different to go with your coffee, the Aussie Bakery is right next door selling Lamingtons, cream puffs, and delicious aussie pies.

Free wifi but drinks there are a bit overpriced well with my order which was honeydew(real fruit they claim to call it real but I think was mainly powder and blended ice, but became watered down really fast) the lychee fruit is  real fruit for 6.51 so in my head I rounded it up to 7 dollars it was 18oz -20oz cup I dunno tho she told me it was real fruit but I didn't think a fruit can water down so fast not bad not that good pretty decent I will drop in from time to time just to pass by because free wifi not bad I just wouldn't waste money over there

### WINTERMELON milk team with SEAFOAM: T-O-P. Delicious tea with a creamy texture.
### OOLONG MILK TEA WITH BOBA: complex combination of fresh tea leaves with soft creamy milk flavor.
