YOU DON'T SEE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS VERY OFTEN
I brought a tire in for repair. Problem: I forgot my wallet! I won't give away trade secrets, but Vince (owner) used an old school customer service technique that saved me travel and time, while getting them paid fair and square. During my SHORT wait, friendly sales men educated me about trailer racks and Trek fitness and commuter bikes.

I live 42 miles away, but my bike is past the 20 yr mark. 7 Mile Cycles is where I'll start, when it's time for a new pair of wheels this summer or next.

Went in about 10 years ago for the purchase of 2 bikes for my kids We went there twice in about 3 week period. Each time we went in we were ignored. Fast forward to the past weekend I had a small change. I was approached by a cocky bike man. I asked about a certain bike and he just pointed. "There’s some over here" Some over there. Nothing of hey my name is Joe Schmuck what are you intending on doing? Trails? racing? off-road, nothing. no information of what is the difference between this bike or that. No price range I was looking for. No recommendations of what would be best. Nothing Just a Rude place to go. I should have remembered the last time. I bought 2 new trek bikes in Downers Grove where they were HAPPY to show us around. I was and are looking for a bike in the $1K range. Looks like back to Downers Grove. Maybe I'll try a place closer to my home Town of EGV. Maybe if my last name was Johnson I may have got an ounce of respect. Stay away! Should really be 1 star. Wow, just got done reading other posts on here, Glad to see it's not just me!

The guy who helped me was very nice and helpful. He even wrote down spare parts I would need that they didn't have. Stopped doing what he was working on to help. Friendly and helpful

stars for Josh in the service department.  I had a reoccurring issue with a rear shock. He was patient with me and took care of the issue with the manufacturer for me.  100% pleased!!!

This place sucks asss I took my bike to put a chain and i knew something was wrong with the back hub and they go on and tell me something else is wrong with the cranks and that o will be needing new ones when Ik nothing was wrong with them
