An interesting mix of workers and attitudes. I've been there twice to make purchases and spoken with them once on the phone. If you are lucky to work with Shawn, John (mechanic), or the other highly positive, competent fellow I met (maybe Robert?), you'll have a great experience. If you end up working with Gary or some of the other staff (no name tag), they seem to be rather moody and pessimistic. My advice is to stand back for a few minutes and observe before choosing a staff member to assist you.

I've been here 4 times and had good experiences each time. The mechanics are skilled and, importantly, are happy to explain and teach you a bit as they work on your bike.

Worst place ever!!! Brought two bikes in,for free meintance .Not only the guy informed us that the mechanic is gone already ,he didn't even bother to stop and talked to us !! I offered to pay to at least check out my son's bike ! Nothing ! Omg such a terrible terrible customer care !! We went across the street ! They took care of us right away ! Don't waste your time here people !!!
