If you’re from Omaha - it’s worth the trip across the river. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and accommodating. We opted for smaller plates to share and each was unique and creative. The space, though in a strip mall, felt trendy. I’m definitely going back - i feel like i should try the carrot cake and carrot ice cream. But I’m not regretting opting for the cocktails instead this time.

Came here in the morning for brunch and we were very impressed with the decor, atmosphere, and especially the food!  It’s sad to say that a dining experience like this is basically nonexistent in CB but I’m glad to see a restaurant with this quality and attention to detail has arrived.  

Fiancée got a crab cake Benedictine and I got chicken and waffles.  Let me say that the crab cake was very tasty, but the chicken and waffles were damn near revelatory.  Savory yet sweet, pickled flavors and a sweet chili finish.  Amazing.  Can’t wait to come back here for the standard menu fare!

Last nights busy Friday, our table of 6 have reservations. I had actually called ahead and asked staff if they could pull together a small surprise for the guests in our party which included appetizers that were ready when we were seated along with a small note on them with a surprise message on it. Staff was more than accommodating and pulled off the surprise way better than I had hoped!! All night they were so friendly and helpful! Then our server comes over with a “congratulations” dessert, compliments of the owners for our exciting night! The food was great, staff was awesome...I just love this place! Thank you so much to the staff at 712!

This is definitely a little gem in Council Bluffs! Came in for a cousin breakfast and wasn't disappointed. I got the chicken and waffles which I loooooved. Their pickles they top it with taste just like the ones my grandma use to make when I was little. I'll definitely make this a stop when I'm back in town.

Cousins from California were very impressed.  Thank you for having an awesome place to take them in council bluffs. Absolutely delicious!
