I had the prime rib and it was hard as a rock so I complained they said it was the last piece of the night. I said if it was that bad why would you serve  it then. This place sucks out back stake house is so much better than here

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced walking into a restaurant. There were obviously a lot of open tables and the person that was seating us had said that there would be about a 10 to 15 minute wait. Because there are other guests in front of us when they had approximately 10 to 15 tables open. The bar had approximately 15 seats open so we asked to sit at the bar. The bartender was extremely rude. Time of visit was approximately 1 p.m. today. I will not be returning to this location.

Been here several times amazing steak every time. Staff has always been polite and helpful. Its my wife's favorite steak in Council Bluffs. Gun friendly business.

Fast and good quality service. The server kept checking on us, very friendly. The food tasted fantastic as well. Overall, a good place to eat if you don't want somewhere too noisy.

Very frustrated with my order... I asked to substitute a $5.99 side of grilled shrimp(to my $24 prime rib) in place of my side and salad...  waiter tried to tell me know without asking... then manager came over and said no.  Financially they would have came out ahead...  #frustrated
