I was in an Emergency situation w/my father's home. I had a lot of issues getting someone out to his house as I was not the homeowner. Since it was less than 40 degrees in his house AND a Holiday weekend I kept calling places.  He had a 35+ y/o furnace that stopped working and that he also tried to repair it himself. Since my father is not the easiest to work with finding the 'right' company was going to be a challenge. I was so thankful 72 degrees answered their phone! From the Sales guy (Nathan) who kindly answered the phone and listened to me as I was in total panic mode. To the Repair Service guy (think it was Chris) to the Installers (Pat and Illinois guy)... I could NOT be more happy with choosing to work with this company!! They worked with me regarding scheduling, brought heaters over until they could get there to do an new install the next day. Not one of them came in with a negative attitude and they all had a calming sense of demeanor. I work in the trade and was impressed by the professionalism, patience and skills everyone showed.  Each and every step of the way they listened, showed empathy, smiled and made both my Dad (who is not the easiest to please) and I feel 100% better knowing they "had it covered".  We decided on a new furnace and also will be doing an a/c unit install at a later date when weather permits. I can honestly say the employees I worked with on that cold, crazy day ARE some of the best I've worked with! With the exception of the company I work for, of course.  Thanks again 72 degrees for NOT ignoring my situation and being there for us. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

degrees has done work for me at both my home and business. They are always punctual and very friendly. We have used them for heating/cooling services and most recently for service on our gas fireplace in our home. They are fairly priced and have always been willing to handle our needs quickly. When the AC went out at my business last summer they came out within the hour...on a Saturday! Highly impressed with that kind of customer care!

I had 72 Degrees come out and do some small electrical work so that my house was prepped for fiber optic install.  Dave came out, explained everything, did great work, and reasonably priced.  I now have them doing my HVAC maintenance at my office.

Called 72 Degrees for a second opinion on a furnace that was having trouble heating my home.  After Brady, the technician (who was great!) took a look at things, he serviced it and determined the repair would cost HALF what the other company had quoted.

I'm glad I called 72 Degrees for the second opinion.  It saved me hundreds of dollars.  And most importantly, they offered a longer warranty on their work than the other folks did.

Technician David came to install a water pump on my furnace because the drain for the water was going up hill and water was backing up into my furnace. He was  very polite, clean, quick-working and clearly knew what he was doing. He came prepared with all the equipment he would need (I have had several companies that would need to leave in the middle of repairs, so annoying!) and he got right to work. He tested everything to ensure it all worked properly before cleaning up his work-space and leaving. He even finished 20 min early! He was a pleasure to have in my house and I would defiantly invite him back if I ever having any other problems. The price to install the pump was exactly what was quoted and very very affordable! Thank you David and 72 degrees!!
