I use this Laundromat all the time. I love that this one has an attendant on at all times. I feel safe enough to throw my clothes in the washer and leave to do some errands and come back and my clothes are always there. Never had a problem with people stealing my laundry

I have been going to this laundromat for years. They are friendly. Very clean. The staff is always helpful and even when i moved from dover to portsmouth i would drive to this laundromat simply because they are clean. Friendly helpful and if. They gave awards for the best facility it would definitely be this facility that should receive it. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GENUINE CARING THAT YOU CAN FEEL WHEN YOU WALK IN AND SEE THE EMPLOYEES SMILES AND HELLOSM

I have been using this Laundromat for about 5 years. There are some great staff and a couple that I try to avoid. Lately the washers all smell of mildew. I believe there is a solution that can be run through machines now that will clean that. The inside lip of the rubber is covered in mold, and the detergent/bleach dispensers are usually the same. I love the atmosphere, but the grimy washers I cannot overlook. Clean those washers out and I will be happy to come back!

Snooty help washers smell bad was asked to move my car during snow storm that's like shopping at the grocery store and they come and get you while you're shopping to move your car, they could have waited until I was done. I was afraid my stuff was going to get stolen, trashy customers! Don't go there!

Nice place to do your laundry. This place is always clean, the washers/dryers are good, the people/staff are friendly mostly. There is a small TV mounted on a wall and some coloring books for kids. There is some seating as well. The past few times I've gone, they have had coffee and donuts for patrons coming do use their services which I think is thoughtful. Would have given a 5* if it was air conditioned but it was pretty hot inside the last time I went which was a big bummer.
