Very rude lady that works there..... The 2 good things a huge washer and one quarter gives you 6 minutes of dry time. I recommend going to Sunshine laundry in Salem very clean, awesome employees. It just got renovated now has a beach calm feeling 10 out of 10 service. I went to Riverside for the oversize washer, because no power from the noreaster. but didn't expect such rudeness.

On sunday they close at 6pm i went there this previous sunday an the tall chubby young girl told me an my husband the last wash is at 4:30 made us leave pretty upset about it the only day i can do my laundry an i couldn't do it

Very clean, but the woman I interacted with this morning is so rude. Maybe she was having a bad day... or maybe that’s her everyday. Will be washing/drying elsewhere.

Why pay when you can do it yourself? I took a white t-shirt style dress in there to remove makeup (foundation) from the collar. I bought the dress on clearance at Kohl's not noticing the makeup. They initially charged me $25 for a gown. This was not a "gown". It's a summer dress. Upon pick up I was only charged $17.99 for a "dress" which I felt was more reasonable. They did not fully get the makeup out. The cashier told me that I should probably be able to get the rest out at home with clorox or something. Um...you're the dry cleaner. If you couldn't get it out then how could I? I went home...wet the stain and rubbed it with fels naptha (laundry soap bar). Guess what? The stain came right out within minutes. Moral of the story....try removing the stain yourself first and save the $.

Very generous establishment. Has helped with several needs with the local high school- Pinkerton Academy. Highly Recommend. Excellent service! Love this place!
