Norm is great! The station was at the top of my block so went there a few years ago when I first moved to LA. I know nothing about cars short of they need an oil change an occasional something needs swapped out. They never took advantage of my lack of knowledge and I drive across town still to have them work on my vehicle. Friendly staff, gets you in quick and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Norm provides excellent service at a fair price. He won't sell you anything you don't need and fixes my car promptly every time!
