Tried to use my ARCO cash card here. It was not working at the pump, so I went inside to use it. The man swiped my card and we found out that there was $28.02 left on the card. For some reason, the machine kept rejecting the card despite multiple transaction attempts, and the man told me that I had no money left. I insisted that at the start of the transactions there was $28.02, so how can there be no money left? It was likely because he tried processing it so many times that he has debited all my money and left me with no money and no gas. He insisted that I had no money left on the card. He gave me a receipt that showed that he voided the transaction. Even though the receipt clearly stated that there was $28.02 balance on the card, he refused to help me pay for gas using that $28.02 that he made disappear. He simply would not try to resolve my issue and expected me to pay with another card or in cash. I stood there to the side of the line and called customer service on the back of the card. Sure enough, I had $28.02 left on it and the phone agent reset the the card. Then the transaction worked when the man at the counter tried again, but he only rang $28. No apologies for screwing up in the first place, no apologies for not trying to fix the problem, and now I am left with $0.02 on the card because he refused to approve $28.02. BE CAREFUL COMING HERE as there is no good customer service! Prices are good, I will say. But you get what you pay for. In my case, I almost got nothing for $28.02!

Great prices on gas. Easy in and out, location very visible. They also do service and auto repair.

I like this place. I use it as a pit stop and the staff is friendly and willing to help except when it comes to using the restroom they lie every time.

The man that works over night at this location is so lazy. And he never wants to take cards. And he posts a sign up that says only cash
