Convenient location directly off the I-5 with a lot of snacks and drinks.

If I'm in a hurry this is definitely where I go to get my fuel, cigarettes, a cold beverage or a quick snack. Even if I might have to cross town to do it. I'm always RIGHT in and RIGHR out.  I never have to wait AND it's located right by the Freeway on/off ramps!

 a mouse climbed out of a guy's truck. Ran back and forth along the bumper.  The guy says "yeah, he lives there" and drives off.

restrooms usually kinda dirty but the rest of the store is clean and nice.

The sign says clean restrooms.  If that was their idea of clean, I wouldn't buy anything from the store that doesn't have a wrapper.  Check those expiration dates too.
