I am a regular weekly customer.  I came in during the week when they were supposed to be opening at 8 am.  I had to call on the phone to get someone's attention and they asked how I was paying and what kind of wash.  5 minutes after opening time  I finally got in.  Then I went to use the self-serve vacuums and they were all disconnected. When I asked one of the workers to help me they all disbanded.  A very nice gentleman customer, in a suit mind you, came and tried to help me plug the vacuum in without success. Finally, a worker came and fixed the two vacuums that weren't working. Many times, I have come in the morning and they're not turned on, also.  I've been going to this place for a long time and never had such a hassle.

I've been taking my car here for years and have never been disappointed. I've noticed other customers come in and comment how good the place smelled and how clean the bathrooms were. They even have misters outside to cool down the waiting area(although they haven't been on recently) They also have a nice selection of trinkets and gifts on top of all the normal gas station treats (coffee, hot dogs, beer, lotto) 
Although I do wish they had a slurpee machine and would turn on the misters outside when it's hot. Lol. They've always been the best detail and carwash in SCV

Stay away, bait and switch for car detailing, they will quote you a price over the phone, and when you get there they will try to charge you way more. If you try to negotiate, they will eliminate things from your package and still quote you higher than what they said on the phone for a full detail. I went with a mobile detailer, came to my house super convenient and charged less

Comfortable waiting area, the best I've been to in the valley. They are sometimes hit and miss with the cleaning from OK to very good that's why not 5 starts
