This is a nice and clean gas station/ auto repair facility in a middle class city. They fuel prices are higher than at the discount gas stations and the store is small. The shop has a good reputation among locals.

One star is too generous, I would give this place a minus. The ignorance, then arrogance okf not knowingthe legal obligation ooff as station to provide FREE Air and Water to anyone requesting is a despicable scam. Even the general public knows you can not charge for these things. The only reason they still post a charge is because they want to continue ripping unknowing people off My husband politely asked the woman working to turn the air on, she refused without hesitation, he kindly pointed out it was illegal to charge, maybe she didn't know, she rudely refused and told him it wont go on till he paid .75. This is what happens when you have ignorant peons wrkng at a min wage job, and her employer obviously, does not have a good training system. This establishment will be reported to BBB.

I just got my car back from Alameda Alfa Auto Repair located at 1541 Park Street in Alameda and I am very happy with the work that was done. I always take my care there because the owner is trustworthy, his work is careful, and his prices are very reasonable. The mechanic, Raymond Yeung, always does excellent work and provides a thorough explanation of the work that is needed in detail before the repairs and again when the car is ready. His emphasis is on safety. I discussed the recent charges with a professional auto restorer and he told me that they were very reasonable. As a bonus, unlike alot of other garages, the work is always finished on time. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Alameda Alfa Auto Repair for maintenance and repair work.
