The people who work here are super friendly and very responsive when I had questions.  The units were also very clean and well maintained.

So I used the UHaul service at this facility yesterday and everything was fine all until the drop-off when the shop decided to not do their due dilligence and possibly mail their brains out. With a stroke of luck someone working here retrieved the truck from one of two drop lots, checked it in....but then somehow "lost" the truck. 

They then proceed to place a call to notify us that the truck is lost and that a police report would need to filed...needless to say this doesnt add up if you have a secure drop-off/dropbox location

Come to find out their system/internet is slow and it had been "checked" in...

I dont advise that you rent UHauls from here based on this experience or at the very least avoid using the afterhours drop-off/dropbox locations
