Won't answer the phone, it either rings off the hook or someone picks up and immediately hangs it back up without saying anything. Tried to make an appointment for a passport photo but since they won't help, go somewhere else.

Used to go in there a fair amount. But, eventually had such a bad customer experience I stopped using this location. The experience made me see why so many people talk trash about the post office and their employees. The post master was a total loser and an idiot and the tall, older dude, ex-rocker type then got involved with no idea about the issue at hand and ran his mouth. A few unprofessional and miserable people working there makes for a disappointing, lousy experience.

I love this post office!! Delbert should be the postal mentor for all newly hired postal workers. He is so witty, kind, and extremely efficient! I was in to mail some packages on Tuesday. There was a very long line of waiting customers. Delbert's sense of humor and genuine friendliness kept everyone laughing and in a positive mood. Before I knew it, I was at the counter and my packages were being labeled and mailed!! Keep up the great service!!!

Ridiculous! Why have a phone if you never answer it. Don't mess with getting a passport here. A total waste of time! All you'll get is a piece of paper telling you where else to go. It's no wonder the postal service is a dying entity. If you need a stamp, hey come here🙄

Everyone in there is so kind and helpful. I'm in there pretty frequently and they always do their best to make things go as smoothly and as quickly as possible! I never stress going there.
