What an awesome experience. We had storm damage so New Look worked with our insurance company to complete our job. They talked with the insurance company many times to do the job right. New look was great to work with.  Everyone from the sales person, adjuster, crew and the office staff were polite and courteous.  The job was done exactly as quoted and promised.  I would recommend them for any roofing needs.

It was a pleasure working with the owners, the office staff & the roofers of 800 -New Look.  They displayed professionalism and expertise at all levels!!!  The owners and office staff were always available if we had any questions.  The roofers were efficient and genuinely showed respect for our property during the tear down of our old roof and the installation of  the new roof.Every step of the roofing installation was done to perfection. We highly recommend 800-New Look.....JOB WELL DONE*****

Tom the sales guy was very responsive throughout the entire process.  The crew knock out our roof (70 squares) in 2 days.  I was equally impressed with the clean up.  It got messy, but when we came home at the end of the day it was though they were never there.  Overall very happy with 800-New-Look!
