Can't recommend this place enough if you're leaving for a cruise. Prices were lower than others and the service was excellent. Drivers go above and beyond to help load and unload your bags. Everyone is very courteous. Definitely will use again.

My wife and I parked with 81st dolphin parking. I personally review and research extensively when I go to buy something. 81st dolphin parking was the cheapest I had found, yet still had great reviews. The parking lot is close to the cruise terminal. You have an option to walk, or for $5 more you can gain access to their shuttle to the cruise port. Spend the extra $5, its WELL worth it. Our next cruise will be in a few months and I will certainly be using 81st Dolphin Parking again.

Slight disclaimer, my wife and I did not end up using this parking lot and that is what lead to our terrible experience and this review.

My wife and I were going on a cruise for a week and needed somewhere to park her car. 81st Dolphin was cheap so we decided we'd book it.  As more rain came into the forecast, we decided that we should probably get a covered parking lot, so I called the lady to cancel the reservation.  When I told her that I wanted to cancel, she got extremely upset and started trashing all other parking services in the area. In addition, we received an emailed receipt that stated that a cancellation must be made within one day of the reservation and that there is a $5 cancellation fee.  She stated that I would not get a refund because I was not cancelling before the 72 hour limit, and if I had called before then, it would be at $25 cancellation fee.  I then explained the email and she stated that she didn't send it and that she couldn't honor it.  Then she told me, "You're going to do what you're going to do, and that's that." Then she hung up on me.  I didn't know if the reservation was cancelled or how much of a fee I was going to pay.  I tried calling her back without an answer.  She then called me back and told me that she was cancelling it but wasn't sure how much the fee would be because she should not control it, and that the booking company would have to decide, when I asked for their contact information she would not give it to me.  She then hung up on me again.  This happened once more, so then I did some googling and found their number and cancelled through them, no problem.  

Maybe its actually a better parking lot than others, but customer service and proper treatment has value to me, and 81st Dolphin Parking did not treat me, or my wife, with any respect whatsoever.

I just wanted to warn others that are considering using this service.

It's all about the service and they offer absolute great service. We cruise often and we always park there. In October I cruised alone and they really went the extra mile. Great Parking!!!!!!!!

Efficient shuttle close by the cruise. The staff was very accommodating even though they were crazy busy.
