Great place to park your car and catch a flight. Cheap rates, frequent shuttles. Car was safe and attended. Reservations highly encouraged. Can get quite full. Check for corporate discounts before reserving. Make sure to get on "parking spot 1" shuttles upon returning as there are 3 locations!

When I arrived, the ladies had no record of my reservation that I made the week prior even with my membership card handed to them.  They demanded I "prove" my reservation, so i fumbled on my phone looking for the confirmation for a good five minutes before I found it.  They let me park.  After I parked I had to wait 10 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle while watching several shuttles pass my aisle en route to the airport.  It wasn't unusually busy.  It was 6am on a Wednesday.

Lost my keys at the airport.  Turns out they'd been left in the car with the door open @ this location.  The staff and management not only secured my car, but made sure that I got my keys back promptly upon return, didn't even ask for recompense.  
Unparalleled.  Really stellar service.

Always have great service at this location. Driver Efrain Martinez was amazing this weekend as he helped place my bags into the trunk of my car without hesitation. He exceeded customer service expectations and is a valuable team member.  Thanks Efrain!

Slow pick up. No one answers the phone number that it says to call when you get in on a late arrival.

Update... I tried parking here again (based on the fact that I always have decent service at IAH)... Still extremely slow rate of pick up...😐
