I love this place. They offer delicious desserts which are not over saturated with sugar and taste great. I have ordered items on the go as well as large orders for parties and the quality is always top notch. The only downside is the parking which seems to be a widespread problem in this mall. Also, they did not offer delivery the last time I ordered desserts for an event. In this day and age of many food delivery services, I really can’t wrap my mind around failing to offer this service to anyone who is willing to pay for it. Otherwise a great places!!

Very busy. But they move pretty fast considering. They have really good egg tarts. It's the craziest one I've ever had. They mix they black tea with whipped cream/milk so their bubble tea tastes really smooth. Their hot dog buns tastes really good too. A lot of their pastries look yummy. A great variety of selection.

85c Bakery in Irvine has unique variety of fresh baked bread, coffee drinks, pastries and many more unique items. One of the more convenient things about this place is it's hours and location. Bakeries usually close at around 8ish but this spot is open late and always busy. The bread is fresh, they're always bringing out freshly baked bread. This place can get a little packed and wait times to pay can range from 10-20min. If you're looking for a safe place to hang out and check out the different restaurants around the this is definitely worthwhile stopping by.

Bread is on the small side though tasty. Long lines. Drinks decent but be prepared to wait. Won't allow phone order for drinks. Odd. Customer service can and should definitely be improved.

Wide selection of authentic Taiwanese pastries and baked goods. So glad they opened several other locations so that it's not always crowded. The marble taro bread and brioche bread are very popular. There's a separate line for ordering drinks only for those not buying bread. The bread checkout line is also supposed to circle to the kitchen entrance for a better flow of traffic but people just line up around the bread, which is inconvenient.
