Ordered a 10" custom cake 9 days in advance. When I picked up the cake, the frosting design and bow colors were wrong. The frosting that was on the cake was sloppy anyways. They offered to fix the frosting, but would have to wait another 20 minutes... To pay $40+ for a small cake and the cake not even be made properly is very disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one will not be available until Monday. I will update with what happens. If you place an order with this location, call ahead before you pickup to make sure the cake is made correctly

The best way to satisfy a late night sweet tooth. The icing is so light and the cake is so moist. I am such a snob, I pair different cakes with different types of milks..

Stephanie is the manager there and she is the best! Literally one of the kindest people on the planet. She always helps when I need some cakes and she gets to know you on a personal level as well. You can tell how well the store is run because she is leading it and it filters down to all the employees as well. Happy customer here!

The store was still putting their signage up when we bought one small chocolate bundt cake to-go.  Regret this decision since their bundt cake was extraordinarily good.  Will be back when we go back to Irvine.

The staff are just as amazing as their cakes!!
The employees are always friendly and helpful. The cakes come in various flavors, all of which are ao tasty and moist!!! This bakery is definitely my #1 go-to place for cake!!!
