I had a horrible experience getting my nails did here! Me and my friends came to get our nails done and I asked the lady if I could please het my nails in a coffin shape and also thin... she insisted that she had worked doing nails for a long time and she's doing step by step. I noticed I had a really thick nail compared to the rest so I asked if she could file it down and she did it really rough and made the skin around it bleed. Worst nails I've ever gotten. Never coming here again!!!!!! Got me messed up

I didn't want to give it a one but also not a five. Kim and Nina are wonderful at what they do I highly recommend them. But yesterday I was with my mother and friends to get our nails done and there was a man who kept insisting we let him do our nails. Which I really really regret. He was on the phone the whole entire time, I am not one to complain but he completely ruined my nails. They're not the same size he didn't fill them in all the way. Maybe if he wasn't on the phone all the time he could have paid more attention to what he was doing.

Bad customer service, too pricey for what I got, and a bad job on my nails. They were on the phone and didn’t care to look at what I was complaining about.

The older lady with all the tattoos kept insisting for me to get gel done.. No exxageration she literally told me like 10 times while she was doing my nails even told me she wouldn't charge me my nail take off.. when she finally got the hint, she said ... fine, I'm going to have to charge you nail take off since you didn't get the gel.... I said that's fine.. that's what I came for, as she was painting my nails she commented again "I told you to get gel but you didn't want too" was being extremely rough while painting my nails and didn't even file them correctly. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Will not be going there again.
