I decided to try this place because of a Groupon deal. Of course that's always skeptical, but I'm newer in the area and decided to give it a try since the last time I got a cut I went to Hair Rage nearby and the man that cut my hair truly stunk, poor guy was just terrible at cutting hair. 
Jennifer gave me a wash/cut/style and I loved it. Huge improvement from the burned scalp I received at Hair Rage, and it was just a cut, I don't color my hair. I arrived 5 minutes early, but she didn't get to me for 35 more minutes. She was very apologetic and kind about the delay so I didn't have a problem with it. 
All-in-all, my hair really looks, feels and smells great! I will be back to see Jennifer, and I haven't found someone to do my hair since I moved from my hometown 5 years ago.
The other review says that the salon was racist. I disagree. I am not caucasian, and I never felt discriminated against. I will say that all the stylists seemed to be caucasian, so if you are ethnic and would rather see someone who is familiar with your hair-type, then go there instead.
