I called a couple different contractors to get a quote for a furnace and air conditioner replacement and they came in at the best price. So I Purchased a Carrier brand from them because that's what I had before and it lasted about 27 years. On the day of installation the guys came out and were friendly and professional, they introduced themselves and shook my hand before they got started. They were also very clean, they laid down blankets throughout the whole walk path and down through the basement to ensure the floors didn't get dirty. As they worked I watched over their shoulders and they were nice enough to explain to me what they were doing so I got a free education out of the whole process as well. Furnace and AC are running just fine. Nice job guys i'll be sure to recommend them to others who need their services.

Amazing and fantastic. Ed and his team are amazing. They were on time, clean, & most of all efficient. Would not think about calling anyone else. They stand behind their product and their service. 911 Mechanical was recommended by a friend to me, and they are the only ones I will recommend from this point forward.

Good afternoon, I call these guys to come and fix my furnace and everything seemed good, they arrived on time polite and all but the service. Total bs. The Service 911 employees, let’s call him A, wanted to change everything and I mean everything. He knew that I was pointless when it come to the furnace so he went on and on about things. He started from One thing to another and another’s, he would test it and change it, test the next and change it. He never tested, what’s working or what’s not working. He would just go down the line and just change stuff. I wish I could put the picture here so all see if his brilliant wiring; ps, I’m joking, because it was terrrrible. I called USA Pro Vacs and they came because I told the 911 folks to leave, I did not trust them at all. The tansformer they added was an after market and paid $95 and it’s online for $10 but okay, live and learn. Again, after I told them to leave I called USA Pro Vacs and they were good. Thy tested everything before going into the judgment. 911 Mechanical; someone should be calling 911 and it should be to go after your sneaky company. I’m Kole Gojcaj and I got a terrible service. Thanks for robbing me, especially in cold time. Very nice job. Stay away from 911 Mechanical.
