Macomb Water Heater was able to replace my water heater hours after I called. Speaking with Ivan on the phone, he was extremely helpful and was able to provide an estimate right away. As promised, Paul arrived at my home that afternoon and was very helpful and was able to replace my water heater very quickly. He was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions and walk me through routine stuff. Highly recommend! Called at least 5 other places and these guys were much less expensive but extremely professional.

My water heater went out yesterday. I called them today and they were very helpful over the phone and polite. Paul was the technician sent out. He was true to his word and did a great job in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend. I am grateful for this company.

This company was great to work with! We had a problem with our water heater in between Christmas and New Year's and called them late in the afternoon. They called us back and we were able to schedule a replacement for the following morning. After the water heater was replaced we discovered a small leak in our basement that was unrelated to changing the water heater. Despite it not being their fault they were able to come and fix this issue as well. We dealt with Ivan on the phone and he was reassuring along with being professional. Paul did the install work for us and was quick and courteous. Overall a great experience!

Water heater blew its seals and leaked water covering our utility room floor in water on New Years Eve. A friend put us in touch with them and Ivan called us and was over the house within the hour, looked over things and checked things to make sure the current leak had been stopped and if anything further was needed and gave a quote for the new water heater which he said would be installed the next day (New Years Day). Assured me that the pricing he provided would be the best I would find around and given the responses that we had already gathered, and just researching the cost of the water heater alone, I would agree. They were here at 10:00 a.m. the next day as promised, on the holiday, and had things back up and running in a couple of hours. No emergency, weekend, holiday, etc. fees, just fast and friendly service. Greatly appreciated.

It was a pleasure to hire Macomb Plumbing, heating and cooling to install a new water heater. I give them 5 stars out of 5! Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and professional. They came out on a Saturday about 3 to 4 hours after I called! Their product and installation was excellent! I highly recommend them! Thanks!
