Always nice and very easy to talk to. I wish the staff at regular offices could take lessons from them. No better group than the 96 Medical group. !!!

Eglin hospital for the most part my PCM care was ok not really any complaints. But the ER is the worst! Every time I had to go, they would just make me feel stupid. I've even been told by my doctor to go to the ER, and they still make you feel stupid that you went there. Only twice did I have a positive experience which my son had a foreign object in his eye, and I had a really swollen foot. That seemed to be the only time the Drs gave a damn and willing to do his job. Most the nurses there are lazy bums too. Not going to miss that hospital that's for sure.

My family has been using Eglin Base hospital for more than 30 years. I am going for annual physical next week. Last year, had to use emergency room. My experience has been "Excellent" and staff is top notch. Am not surprised facility has been named "best in AF" recently.
