Really good service, decent food. My kids prefer the nines over Red Robin. My oldest son was turning 9 and decided to have his birthday dinner at the 99's with double dinners. He had two kids meals burgers, he's quite tall for his age and growing fast. For dessert our waitress gave him a double hot fudge sundae with a candle and a bunch of waitstaff came over to sing. He loved the attention! The restaurant can get quite noisy (too loud) from the bar area, it's difficult when they're trying to take down order, or even having a conversation with someone at your own table.

The atmosphere is family friendly and they served the kids quickly. They have a gluten free menu and we’re able to explain why apparently gluten free options were not gluten free (how they were potentially contaminated)!
BUT, even with limited GF options and no apps it took 3 attempts to get my order right, then the wrong order still appeared in the bill in addition to the “right” one! It was “nice” of them to offer a free dessert, however none are gluten free!

Second time steak tips not cooked as ordered. First time I ordered medium rare and they were raw. This time I ordered medium. There was only the equivalent of two steaks tips. One tip was cut into small pieces and cooked well done.  The other steak tips was cooked medium well.  On my first visit, I did tell the manager and he did take it off my bill. The waitress had already had the kitchen make me more tips and those were not cooked correctly either. On a positive note, the staff and management were all friendly and did their best to make my dining experience enjoyable. I would dine here again but I wouldn't order steak tips again.

We come for work lunch. Good deals on lunch menu, i always order salmon or backed haddock and it was always good. Could be busy but overall good service

Pretty good food great prices. Order the drinks top shelf it's 2 bucks more but the difference between Jose and Patron
