Fast food is what it is, some locations are better than others. There are KFC's i've gone to for years and never had a problem, this location is probably the worst. Interior is filthy, tables are almost never clean and the decor looks like it was updated in 1990 and hasn't been touched since. The staff all look very depressed, there is a sense of extreme dread once you walk in. I use to work at a busy restaurant in Boston with less staff and more traffic and with a small staff the place was never dirty, tables were bussed IMMEDIATELY after people left, I just don't know why they cant keep this location clean, or update the dining room. Main reason i'm writing this review is because last time I went I had a chicken pot pie and got a large bone in the FIRST BITE. This was the last straw, will never go back, that is dangerous and disgusting. There is NO quality oversight in this place, avoid at all cost.

Every time I walk into this place and it’s more than I’d like because my daughter loves there Mac and cheese , There is always someone sitting right infront of the door on break . They mess up orders , tables are never clean and then tonight’s episode . I placed my order decent size order ... they jam it all in a small bag ( way to small for the order ) forget items in my order and then I get an eye roll and “ it’s all in there “ . So obviously the customer service at this mc job is lacking to say the least . Bag breaks food falls all over the place and I walked out . I’ll be writing there coperate office as well . Long and short of it . You want what you actually ordered and a little cumstomer service . Don’t waste your time going here ... find someplace else

Drive through menu is very jumbled and confusing and you almost have to know what you're getting before you get there.  Service is sometimes fast and sometimes slow bit the food is pretty standard for taco Bell/KFC.  The deal for filling out the receipt survey is pretty good and better than other fast food restaurants.
