Best workout ever!! Very friendly trainers, allow you to go at your own pace starting out and encourage you all the way! You get stronger and stronger and that feeling is so freaking AMAZING!! I love every minute of my workout!!

First time I have enjoyed and wanting to workout everyday.  Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging along the way.  I waste more time on social media  a day then it takes to workout at 9 round. Try it out, life changer!!

I started going to 9Round Statesville in February 2017. At this point I have have signed up for the gym so many times, I would go for a week or two and get board and then quit. 9Round is different. I have been going almost every day. It has become my happy place. I love going, even on days when I do not feel like it, after I went I am glad I did. Matt and John are the best. They always greet you with a smile and ready to train hard with you. They help you every step of the way and they encourage and motivates me all the time. They even make time to talk about everyday stuff. Honestly, I can not see my life without 9round being a part of it.

You get a great workout in 30 to 45 minutes. And its extremely motivating to feel yourself punch the bag a few more times than you thought you could. Please give it a try its a great workout.

Love working out at 9Round! I always get a full body workout. The trainers are awesome! They push you to do your best and are always positive and encouraging!
