I am a black card member and have visited several planet fitness gyms in the past couple of months.  This one is fantastic!  Very clean. Super friendly staff. 4 hydro massage chairs and nice size locker rooms.  The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it is not as big as my home gym in Salisbury and they have less room for equipment. I had to wait a few min to use the squat rack. Overall... Awsome facility and I highly recommend it.

The manager on duty was very rude. Because she had to explain to me something I didn't understand she implied that I could cancel my membership if I wanted too. I am a black card member and I had a guest along with his parent that didn't want to work out but wanted to be there to take liability for his son. That comment was not necessary and should not have been made. It made me want to cancel right then and there but GOD. Hopefully this will be handled in a professional manner as I acted more professional than she did.

I love having this gym in Statesville now! Great gym at a great price. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Clean facility, adequate staffing & liked the layout. Wish they offered some kind of Yoga, Zumba or Pilates class.
Otherwise, nice gym.

Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is very clean and well maintained including the locker room and shower area. Definitely recommend. If you're looking for a day pass though, call corporate before you go. For some reason this franchise decides to charge 10USD just to check out the facility for the day. Also, register for your membership online. DO NOT REGISTER AT THE FACILITY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP. They overcharge you 60USD just to sign up whereas online it's a 10USD startup fee. It's a corporate business, go directly through their company and don't get screwed around by someone looking to line their pockets with a extra cash.
