My mom canceled her membership here back in March 2017 at the Wornall location and had been paying for this automatically on her credit card. Just found out that they have still been taking payments since March 2017. Called the Wornall location and they informed us to call the Mission location for them to fix it. Since March she has cancelled the credit card and got a new one and they still got her information and have been charging. This is the second time that she has had to dispute this company. We have been calling but no one picks up the phone and there is no voicemail. Even the credit card company has called and no luck either. Hopefully this gets us in contact with someone before filing a suit.

I love this place! In just 30 minutes, I am a sweaty mess and that's exactly what I need. I'm not someone that wants to spend hours at the gym....in and out in 30 minutes is perfect! I love all the trainers! Jen and Melissa especially! They are motivating and have such a great energy! They also know I'm new to boxing and are constantly watching and correcting my form/technique. All of the other members have been welcoming and super friendly! It's a great little community! So great!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 💙🥊👏👏

Jen (the trainer) created a positive and encouraging vibe the second I walked through the door. She was welcoming and yet she pushed me so I could achieve the most out of the workout. Equipment was in great shape and clean. I am a member in Edmond, OK and was visiting because my daughter was playing softball in the area. I would definitely recommend this 9R to anyone in the KC area. Loved the flag hanging on the wall too! TBL

I really like that there aren't any class times, that it works with everyone's schedules. I enjoy the friendliness and encouragement from the trainers, and that they are willing to work with you one-on-one during each class. They can tailor each workout to you if you are having any kind of pain or are wanting to focus on any specific area. It's a smaller and more tight-knit group, and I really enjoy my work out every time I come in!

Love the environment. Love the trainers. Any fitness level welcome, and it's like getting your own personal trainer everyday.
