Called A-1 Plumbing to assess two separate plumbing problems.  Understood that there would be a $39 charge for that alone.  A-1 plumber  (Carl) showed up promptly, introduced himself,  and began the assessment. He was very cordial and nice.
We found out that he couldn't help us out on one problem. .but he could on the other.
We decided that I could attempt repairs on the other and would call him back if I couldn't do it right. I appreciate that!

The plumber was scheduled for 8:30 AM, called to verify and said it will be more like 11:30AM. Dispatcher called at 9:30AM said he was on his way. Gave us an outrages estimate for a job that would have taken less then 1 hour to do, all was prepped ahead of time.. We felt the $39.00 for the service call to give us a price that was more then $100.00 then another estimate was a total rip off. 
I’m surprised that companies, like A1 Plumbing has failed to learn 
a business can thrive or fail by “word of mouth”.

I have been having a plumbing problem for the past two days, calling plumber after plumber.  They were all too busy or wanted to do the work after hours on double time.  This morning, Friday 12/30/16, I called A-1 Plumbing and immediately got Sara who couldn't have been nicer and wanted to help me ASAP.  She surprised me by saying a plumber could be sent between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. today.  I was almost speechless and she would call me back when they were on the way.  

Jeff and Zack arrived and immediately checked the problem areas and gave me an estimate.  They went to work and I am proud to say that the professional manner, attitude and the skill they displayed just made me change plumbers.  I've already told Jeff that when the weather gets warmer I have another project that I want him to take care of.  Also, since the homes in this area are in an HOA, I will be writing a letter to the board to add A-1 Plumbing on the list that they give out to all the home owners of companies who are the best to handle any repairs they may have on there homes.

Had water heater emergency and A-1 came next day and fixed out problem in a couple hours very happy from your receptionist to you guys in the field! They treated an old Vet with the upmost respect! Good Job!
