Here we are on Friday afternoon when my kitchen sink pipe springs a major leak. I called Roto Rooter and was told that someone would be able to come out in a couple of hours to fix it. And that because I called before four o'clock that there wouldn't be an overtime charge. Roto Rooter called me back a couple of hours later to tell me no one would be available until Thursday! This is Fourth of July weekend and now I'm stuck with no way to do dishes or use my kitchen sink. I wouldn't be nearly as upset if they'd been honest about not having enough plumbers to do the work in my initial call. Roto Rooter is absolutely unprofessional and unreliable and dishonest. I don't recommend them and you can be sure that I will never call on them again.

I had a plugged kitchen sink. The technician who came out was very pleasant and professional. However, it wasn't until he arrived that I found out there was a base price of $240 for any service, even just snaking the line on my sink. Additionally I felt pressured as the appointment was for 1/2 hour after I got off work and they kept calling and trying to move it up, telling me the tech would leave if I wasn't there. Not happy at all and it is not the tech's fault! I won't be using them again or referring them.

Flakes! We needed to put together a bid and were ready to hire for the job of installing a sewer cleanout. First off, the servicer was 20 minutes late to the appointment, then it turns out he was completely unaware of *what* he was meeting me out there for and was not prepared at all. He told me that he would have someone contact me later that day to reschedule the appointment. Big surprise! No one from Roto-Rooter contacted me. I called the next day and expressed my disappointment about the service I received but still wanted to give them a second shot because I had heard good things about the company. The lady on the phone was very apologetic and let me know that the manager would contact me after he was back from lunch. Guess what! I *never* got a call from him. Needless to say, Roto-Rooter will NEVER get our business in the future.
