Super clean, well kept facility. The reason I chose this storage after checking out others in the area is because of Dean. With over a decade of working there, he makes the transaction very smooth. He is informative, knowledgable, accommodating and pleasant. Thank you so much!

Dean was extremely helpful, and made renting a unit on site a stress-free and pleasant experience.  They offer competitive pricing and promotional deals like first month off for certain units.  I highly recommend that anyone interested in self storage come here over other options in the area.

Came in for a 5 x5 storage unit, the manager Dean was so friendly and the experience was so painless I really recoomend this to newcomers and veterans.  The office has an outdoor 24 hour kiosk that is convenient.  Everything is top notch at A-1.

Although I moved further away from my storage unit here at A-1 Huntington Beach four years ago, I still keep my storage space here because this facility is always clean, professionally run, and Dean's help and service has always been above and beyond. I have no less than three different storage solutions right around the corner from my new location, but I've not been tempted to move nor do I mind my extra drive back to H.B. with this kind of service and cleanliness. I gladly recommended this A-1 location if you need some extra space. Thanks again Dean!

I can not say enough about this facility and especially the property manager, Dean. I moved to the area not long ago and needed a storage unit for my job. Not only did Dean help me find an affordable option with everything that I needed (climate control and reliable security) but he has been there for me every step of the way since. He goes above and beyond to help me and always treats us as tenants with kindness and genuine care. He is one of the best people I know and makes storing at A-1 a very satisfying experience. I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel very strongly about recommending this option to anyone searching for a storage unit!
