Great customer service at A-1 on Center Drive. I requested a hold for a unit online on a Sunday. Monday morning Eric called to give me information about the unit and letme know when I could come in to secure it. When I visited the site, I met with Jenn. She gave me a tour and handled my transaction. Both Eric and Jenn were welcoming, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well lit. I also like how the facility isn't open 24 hours. I trust that my belongings will be safe here. I checked out of my unit at A-1 this weekend. I had my belongings there for over a year. All my interactions with Grace were great. She was always helpful, answered all my questions and was always professional. She even took the time to come out and help me one morning with the elevator when I was thoroughly frustrated. Kudos, Grace!! If I need storage again, I will be back. :)

My mom and I went to this storage on center Dr. Grace was in the office and was very nice, helpful and informative. The storage unit was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend using this place for your storage.

I don't write reviews; it's just not something I do. However, in early March, the customer service I received from a lovely lady named Grace at the front desk was so incredibly superb that here I am compelled to write one. Not only was she exceptionally polite and thorough with explaining plans that were suitable for my storage needs, but she was patient and decent enough to go out of her way to graciously show me two different sized units, TWICE at my request as I was being indecisive, and you could tell she wasn't anything but glad to do so.. just an unrealistically sincere human being. I met her for all of a half hour, and left feeling like I witnessed one of the utmost outstanding customer service experiences I've ever had- if she was a waitress, she'd be the one that you'd want to give a 50% tip to. Decent, genuine people like her could be placed in any kind of work environment and excel because she doesn't go through the motions like the majority of people who clock in with the sole motive of getting a check. Management if you can hear me, you lucked out with having her, and hope you treat her as well as she treats your customers.

The staff is always helpful and kind. The facility is kept clean, even the bathroom. We started out with one unit and easily added two more as our storage need increased. The elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floor works out very well indeed. This is the first place anyone in the area should go for self-storage.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because the customer service we received was outstanding! We had called about pricing and then decided to come down to take a look at it. Pinky showed us the storage space and was very patient and bubbly. We reserved that space and when we came to do the paperwork a few days later it was such an easy process. Both girls that work there Pinky and Grace were very attentive to us and made sure we were taken care of. It was such an easy process especially considering my husband is deploying very soon and it was one less stress to worry about when he leaves. Thank you.
