Great company. The sales team was very understanding about difficult with my move. They were super helpful and even gave me storage .

Multiple items were missing after our move, the most of value was my old jewelry box. Notified the company, they won't do anything about it. Notified police and now having to go through renter's insurance which doesn't cover even half the worth/sentimental value of the precious jewelry passed down to me from my mother. However, it looks like I wasn't the only one who experienced this situation. So disappointing that this is what we must deal with after a long move across the country. I hope this helps someone in their future move.
