Liars and crooked business people. Took Ron, the owner, almost a whole week to re key my home locks. He lost a piece to the top bolt and had to run home to get a new one but never returned that day, as promised. Our house door lock had an empty hole in it this entire time. Never heard back from him for 4 days until I called, to which he said he called several times and stopped by. No note left and no record of him calling me both on my caller IDs or even my cell phone records. Promised to come the next day but failed to make that appointment. Finally came 6 days later and charged me $120, full price. When we asked for some sort of discount, his response was "absolutely not".  We could have bought an entirely new lock set at Home Depot or some other big box retailer for a fraction of the cost but we chose to support a local small business. What a mistake that was, in this instance. Consumer BEWARE of Ron and this business. They lie, deliver terrible service and deliver even worse costumer service. We called Square Credit Card Payment Services and logged a poor review with them, as well, and we will log poor reviews of them anywhere we can to protect others from falling victim to them, the way we did. What a terrible experience and how sad it is to run a business this way. Find another locksmith!CONSUMER BEWARE!

The installer was late and lied. I had lock to use as replacement and he said that it was a wrong size, charged me $70 for the new lock. The lock I had was just fine as it turns out, it was an adjustable lock and he didn't use it, charged me lots for his. For $70 you can get a much better programmable lock. If company representatives lie and misinform you just because you are in an unfortunate situation, this is not a good business. Pick another locksmith.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job with my emergency while I was in town visiting my family. While eating at Portillo's, we realized that my cousin left his key's in his car and had ultimately locked us out. We looked up the closest locksmith in the area and we were extremely pleased that A-1 Suburban Total Security was at the top of the list. They were very friendly and helped us immediately. I would highly recommend them to friends and family who find themselves needing a top rated locksmith! Thanks again!

I love working with the team over at A-1! they are honest, trustworthy, and very professional. I'd recommend working with them any time that you have security issues.
