I lost my only set of keys and immediately started looking for auto locksmiths. The first few times I called around (including this place) i was getting a high number ($180-220 plus $49 per extra key), but they were willing to match my cheaper quote that I got from another nice company in Lakeview. Robert was really nice and made 2 new keys quickly for me. I now see why they have a lot of good reviews. This company has a lot of other locksmith companies they're associated with, so try to get the best price you can get. They're very helpful and willing to negotiate.

I can not believe how fast and efficiently they were able to send someone over to help me with my car key situation. Robert, the locksmith, was extremely friendly and very helpful, he explained the entire process, and of course made sure I was the actual owner of the vehicle before helping me, which was reassuring. The price was super reasonable and he had me on my way in no time. By the way, all of this happened on a Sunday! While the rest of the world was nursing their St. Patrick's day parade hangover, Robert was with me saving my butt. Thank you!

Kenny was amazing. After two years in our apartment this is the first time we've gotten locked out. Kenny put us at ease and got us into our apartment very quickly. Not only was the service timely but his communication was exceptional. He was friendly and professional. It's experiences like this that want to make us refer businesses like this to as many people in our network as possible. Thank you Kenny and Chicago Locksmiths!

Forgot my keys after a great family vacation. Arrived home late on a cold evening. Called Chicago Locksmith. Staff was very professional and polite as well as empathetic. They dispatched technician immediately who was equally great. Richard Calbrese was the tech who was waiting for our arrival from the airport. He was a pro at getting in and service was fairly priced. This is a local company not an 800 number. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Everyone here is extremely nice and accommodating. I've been dealing with an older lock and have had to have the keys cut twice (the first time was at another locksmith). When I went to Chicago Locksmith they guaranteed the keys would work--meaning if the lock was still being a pain, they'd recur the keys at no charge to me. Thank you again for understanding and providing an excellent level of service.
