Had the best experience with this company right from the first call I made till I handed back the keys from the car I rented.  The car was a new model with only 19 miles on it.  The staff was courteous and professional.  They charged me exactly what the estimated invoice came to, and they tell you upfront what the charges are so no surprises.  Also I found this company to charge much less compared to other rental companies I called.  Was hesitant to give then a try after reading the prior bad reviews, so was very surprised with the excellent service I received from beginning to end.  Highly recommend it!!

I was hesitant to go here based on previous reviews.  I'm glad I decided to still rent here.  Jeep was BRAND new, drove wonderfully, helpful and friendly staff.  Will DEF go back.

You're not given the option to rate this negative stars so they get one for the nice older gentleman working there. Wish I'd gotten his name and I wish he could take the time to teach his co-workers how to treat the customers, last I checked we help keep them in business?! Talk about being rude and unprofessional! There was an older lady there that took it upon herself to try scold us about a misunderstanding and Llian had the worst attitude about a situation that could have been avoided all together, if he'd taken the time to speak to people with respect and decency. Felt so sorry for him as he made it obvious he's miserable and lacks morals. How can you be so unhappy in such a beautiful place? So glad our experience with him was on the way out. We won't be renting anything from them again and would suggest you go else where. Budget is a few steps away, take the short walk over. Your Fitbit also says do it!

Seriously I won give them any star. Really bad service and I would say they're robber. Everyone don't ever come here. This is ridiculous business.

All I can say is I wish I did more research before I went to them. Very similar with guillaume's experience, I saw the charge on the bill one month later, for the gas.... When I picked the car up, the gas tank was not full and the guy told me I could just fill it up till where I picked it up -- huge mistake there that I didn't take a picture or didn't record what he told me, huge mistake that because that was such a beautiful day in such a beaufitul place so I trusted them... I called them when I saw the bill, and he told me there is nothing he could do, it was a month ago and everything is done already.....
