My family and I needed to relocate to the Atlanta area and we contacted many real estate rental companies and found the best one in the area, we chose A Better Choice Real Estate. We looked at a couple of properties with other agents from other companies and found that they were not at all friendly and most of them made us feel as though we were imposing on them when we asked to meet. Rose from A Better Choice made us feel as though we ere clients, she showed us respect and she helped us with all our needs. We have lived in the property about 6 months now and we had a small problem with a couple of things and found that her staff also took pride it keeping their tenants happy fixing the problem quickly. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for property to rent. A Better Choice Real Estate is a prime example of a company that knows what customer service truly is.

Rose was my rental agent for almost 10 years. My townhouse was always rented for the duration. When I finally decided to sale, she listed it and I got an offer within few days and closed soon after. She has always treated me with respect and did all that needed to be done on my behalf with tenants. She is highly knowledgeable in rental management and real estate in general. If you need to buy, sale or have rental property, I highly recommend Rose and her team. You will be very happy!

When we searched for a management company we found Rose at Better Choice. We were instantly impressed when she explained what he company could do in managing our rental property. 1) Knowledge of rental requirements, selection of tenant and pricing and lease. 2) Firm provides monthly summary of expenses and income. 3) Contractors that will work for the management company quickly and at reasonable prices. In addition Rose is an excellent realtor,

When we moved away from Atlanta 3 years ago, we chose ABC as the property to rent out our home for us. They have been wonderful. Pat the property manager is wonderful to work with, so nice and quickly responsive to any property inquiry. Payments have always been posted to our account in a very timely manner, if the tenant has a late payment Pat always communicates with us immediately and we receive updates as soon as she knows anything. She is professional and most importantly friendly. I enjoy working with ABC very much.

In my opinion.....If you are looking for a rental, or maybe you are an owner looking for a property manager, you should keep searching. Read all the reviews before making a decision.
