What a smooth experience for selling our property! Roxie provided us with such a good price point, that it created so much interest, which translated in 9 serious and above listing price offers in 2 days. From guidance with accepting one offer, then regular phone calls on the progress and gentle reminders to do whatever we needed to do transfer of warranties from our vendors; we felt supported throughout the whole closing period. Roxie ROCKS! As a mortgage broker, I am very particular about posting reviews for Realtors that I have done very few transactions with. However, Roxie has way surpassed most Realtors that I have worked with in the 16+ years that I have been helping homeowners. She was an absolute superstar when I needed anything to do with the contract and the sellers. YEP, she was the sellers agent on the transaction! When the buyers agent was not available, she did not hesitate when I asked for help on the getting anything I needed for the loan from the sellers - and she was both quick in her response and happy to help. Roxie Hernandez and her group gave us excellent service this summer when selling my elderly parent’s rental home. Our situation was a bit complicated with my elderly parents living in another state and having no access to computers or the Internet. We also needed a power of attorney, and everything went so quickly and smoothly. There were no surprises at closing. We received several offers over asking price. This was not our first time using Roxie’s expertise and we definitely would consider using her again for future real estate transactions for ourselves and other family members.
This was my first home purchase and I was clueless. There is so much involved in the process and there are so many places mistakes can be made. When I met Roxy I was debating on renting another year or trying once again to purchase a home of my own. Roxy asked me how soon do I need this done I said by the end of November. In 8 DAYS she helped me find a house with literally every feature that I wanted. I closed on the 30th of October!
