I moved down to West Palm exactly a year ago and had been going to the same hairstylist for around 8 years. Durring my winter trip back home I made sure I went to see her to get my haircut because I had not found a place down here that I thought I could trust. I found Better Cut hair Solon and decided it could be a good place to try to find someone new. And I am so thankful I tried them out! I called in the morning and got a same day appointment with Kim. She was absolutely amazing and was constantly trying to understand me better so she could get my hair exactly how I wanted it and she was spot on! I absolutely love my hair again and am so thankful for the awesome customer service! And unbeatable prices. Thank you Kim! I will be back. She was so great, my boyfriend is going to switch over to her too 😊

Nice friendly atmosphere. Seen a few different ladies and they've all done a great job. Took my teenager her for updo for her school dance. Can't remember stylist name but she did fantastic job and my daughter felt comfortable with her.

I will not be returning. I've gone to A Better Cut about 5 times and for the most part was satisfied with the results from a hair cut or color treatment. Unfortunately my faith in the salon went down as the prices were never consistent. I was quoted different prices twice and felt like I was putting so much money into services I got. 
I respect the stylist Kim, but because she takes her time with hair coloring and is scheduled so many clients within a short time period I don't feel like I get the full satisfaction in seeing the finished result as I'm rushed out of the chair for the next client.

Val was amazing. I came in hoping they had time for a walk in and Val squeezed myself and another cut in when she had someone for a color coming in. I left with a new beautiful cut. I am beyond happy with their services. You defintely now have a new regular customer Val. Thank you for your time yesterday!
