Didn't even wanna give them a star! Went there with brown hair ask for some highlights and when she was done my whole head was blonde and my roots were the brightest blonde with no gap in between like normal highlights then I called her back and told her I didn't like it she told me to come back the following Monday so she could darken it! So I did and I thought she was toning done the blonde haha nope when she was done washing it out I got up looked in the mirror and my hair was red and I asked her why is it red she said " I don't know I used light brown" bullshit she can't red colors obviously... called back today to talk with someone who might be a manager and the rude lady that picked up told me no and hung up... I really would like to speak with the owner of the company and get my money back so I can go else where and actually have someone that knows what their doing to fix  it.. so if anyone knows the owner please tell her to comment back thanks

I would give them a 3.5. My hairstylist was Jennifer. I called for a Dominican blowout- the ones with the rollers. I didn't need an appointment, which I liked. I was in and out. She quoted me a price of $35 but I actually was charged $40. That's a star removed for that. 
As far as the process, she never put the rollers in my hair. I know they did that, because the other girls in the salon received rollers in their hair. So I don't know why, but next time, I'll make sure we are clear, reventones Dominician se supone que deben utilizar rodillos de pelo. Voy a decirlo en español la próxima vez.
